An unpublished manuscript is sensitive, valuable work. This page explains, in plain terms, what we do with your book and your data, and the commitments we hold ourselves to.
Who we are
Show Me My Book is a product of Nimble AI Solutions ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected]. For data protection purposes, Nimble AI Solutions is the data controller for the personal data described here.
We never train on your book
We never use your manuscript, or anything derived from it, to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's. Your words are processed only to build and update your own canon bible, for you.
What we collect
- If you join the waitlist: your email address and your country (detected automatically from your request), so we can tell you when the product is ready. Your signup is also mirrored to our own CRM, and a welcome email is sent through our email provider, Resend. See Sub-processors below.
- If you buy the done-for-you service: your manuscript and the contact details you give us, so we can build and deliver your bible.
How your manuscript is handled (done-for-you)
- Personal delivery, not a platform. The done-for-you service is delivered by us personally; there is no automated upload system today. We agree with you how your manuscript will reach us before you send anything, and we do not ask for it as an ordinary email attachment.
- Isolated storage. Your manuscript, and everything built from it, is held in its own dedicated working area on a single, controlled machine, kept apart from every other author's work and from the published site. Nothing of yours is committed to our code repository or copied into anything we publish, and automated checks block private material from ever reaching showmemybook.com.
- Minimal handling. It is used only to produce your bible, and is not shared with any third party for their own purposes.
- Deletion on request. We record where your original file is held, so we can find and delete it whenever you ask, and we confirm once it is done. If you would like it deleted once your bible is delivered, just tell us and we will action it then.
How your finished bible is delivered
Your bible is delivered to you directly. It is not published anywhere on the site, has no public link, and is not listed. We agree the delivery method with you individually. We are building an email-verified private sign-in for hosted bibles, and we will tell you before anything changes.
The desktop product
A desktop version that runs entirely on your own computer, using your own AI access, is planned but not yet built. When it ships, your manuscript and your bible would never leave your machine or be sent to us. We will update this page once it is available.
Sub-processors
A small number of services process personal data on our behalf: hosting and storage at Cloudflare, waitlist email delivery via Resend, our business email via Microsoft 365, and our own CRM database. We do not use any of them to train AI models, and none receive your manuscript unless you are a done-for-you client and delivery has been agreed with you.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to stop processing it. We work on the basis of data minimisation and your right to erasure, in line with UK GDPR. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will action it promptly. A formal data processing agreement is available on request.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the date above.
