An unpublished manuscript is sensitive, valuable work. This page explains, in plain terms, what we do with your book and your data, and the commitments we hold ourselves to.
Who we are
Show Me My Book is a product of Nimble AI Solutions ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected]. For data protection purposes, Nimble AI Solutions is the data controller for the personal data described here.
We never train on your book
We never use your manuscript, or anything derived from it, to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's. Your words are processed only to build and update your own canon bible, for you.
What we collect
- If you join the waitlist: your email address, so we can tell you when the product is ready.
- If you buy the done-for-you service: your manuscript and the contact details you give us, so we can build and deliver your bible.
How your manuscript is handled (done-for-you)
- Secure upload. You send your manuscript over a secure, private upload, never plain email.
- Isolated storage. It is held in dedicated, private storage for you alone, and is never mixed with another author's work.
- Minimal handling. It is used only to produce your bible, and is not shared with any third party for their own purposes.
- Deletion. We delete your manuscript whenever you ask, and by default once your bible has been delivered to you.
How your finished bible is delivered
Your bible is hosted privately and placed behind a login that only you can use (an email-verified sign-in, managed via Cloudflare Access). There is no public link. We can revoke access at any time, and so can you by asking us.
The desktop product
The desktop version runs entirely on your own computer, using your own AI access. In that mode your manuscript and your bible never leave your machine and are never sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to stop processing it. We work on the basis of data minimisation and your right to erasure, in line with UK GDPR. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will action it promptly. A formal data processing agreement is available on request.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the date above.
